Software
The universal AI interface your team already uses.
Email.
In early 2025 we pioneered a pattern that turns an ordinary company inbox into the front door for private AI. No new software for staff to learn, no new login, no new subscription. Your team sends an email — a private model replies.
Because the interface is email, the AI capability can be introduced into an organization without displacing existing tools, and because the model runs on infrastructure you control, sensitive content never leaves the perimeter.
Capabilities
What email-as-an-endpoint unlocks.
Smart email routing
Use forwarding rules and/or AI models to automatically route incoming mail to the right department, team member, or specialized agent based on sender, content, or context.
Internal data enrichment
Automatically enrich incoming emails with relevant context from your CRM, case management systems, document repositories, and internal knowledge bases before the model ever sees the message.
Response generation
Draft replies, recommendations, and summaries in your firm's communication style — reviewed by a person before anything goes out, or fully automated for well-scoped workflows.
Agent task execution
Connect emails to agents that take action — scheduling appointments, updating records, initiating workflows, or triggering downstream business processes — without adding yet another app for your team to learn.
How it works
A four-hop pattern that abstracts the model behind email.
01
Company inbox
An ordinary mailbox inside your existing mail system receives the message. No new client, no new UI for your staff to learn.
02
Forward to webhook relay
A forwarding rule sends the message to an email-to-webhook service that converts inbound mail into an HTTP POST.
03
Your server, your model
Your own server receives the webhook, parses the email, fetches any internal context it needs, and queries your private AI model.
04
Reassemble & reply
The response is assembled as a proper outbound email and sent back to the original sender — threaded, signed, indistinguishable from a hand-written reply.
Try it
Email our public demo.
Send an email to [email protected] to see the pattern in action. You'll get a reply from a model running on our infrastructure — the same pattern we deploy into client environments, just pointed at our demo endpoint.
The full technique is documented in our public write-up on GitHub: integral-business-intelligence/email-as-ai-endpoint.
Curious whether this fits your workflow?
The email-as-endpoint pattern works best where mail volume is high, responses follow patterns, and context lives in systems your team already uses. We start with a conversation about where that intersection is in your organization.
